I felt the same nung first trimester ko, when I was commuting from work using the train. Mabilis din kasi ako mapagod nung first trimester. So I will go out of the train talaga to sit on the benches. Avoid lang siguro yung sobrang magpagod, or yung matagal na nakatayo. But I read somewhere that this is normal. You can also consult with your OB.

Oo sis kasi hindi okay yung blood circulation especially during prolonged standing. Tas nahahati din yung iron supply natin during pregnancy. Baka you need more iron rich foods din. Ingat mommy and congrats on your pregnancy! ❤️
