I don’t have helper. But I send my kid to IFC. After I’m back from work I try to talk to him more. Do all his routines (which I suggest you do and not your helper!) my other mama friends told me your kid won’t forget you! But I try as much as possible to be involved in everything he do.
you can catch up during the weekends, don't worry mommy. I try to be home after work on time so I can see him before he goes to sleep. you can talk and feed him when you get home, before he goes down. He recognises your smell and voice
Your LO will be happy to see you when you’re back from work. Install cctv and check on your baby while you’re taking a break.
