Actually the small amount of sodium that your BLW consume from bread is really ok since baby wouldn't consume much anyway. Get plain/wholemeal ones from any brand. And yes I will suggest toasting it to prevent it going gummy in baby's mouth, which is a choking risk.

I gave wholemeal sourdough from bakeries, or wholemeal bread from Swee Heng, four leaves etc. Toast and cut into rectangle strips to serve baby. They really love bread! Haha
I just get Any wholemeal bread slice from fresh Bakery shop like swee heng or four leaves. they can only last for 3 days, so I guess its minimum to no preservatives:)
I don’t think there’s any bread that fits the term “no sugar”. Consider making banana pancake for your baby? It’s pretty easy and flourless.
i actually just go for sunshine/gardenia but bread can glom up and baby can choke. so i toast it to prevent gagging
