Leg/foot massage to recommend during pregnancy

Hi mums, is there any place to recommend doing leg/foot massage during pregnancy. Currently I am going to 17 weeks, and notice I have leg cramps more often than before. TIA 😊

Natureland does foot massage for mums to be. Just let em know that you are preg and they will request someone that specialises in pregnancy foot massage to do for you. But have to be 2nd trim onwards
