For body massage during pregnancy, you need to get a certified pre-natal massage professional to perform it as they know where are the points to avoid during pregnancy. Pre-natal massage is good for stress-relief. However, it is better to start after 1st trimester. There are some centre offers pre-natal massage: Babies Bellies, Beauty.Mums.Babies, Spa Botanica, Qi Mantra, and aFond. http://stylplus.insing.com/feature/pre-natal-massages-singapore/id-e9613f00

Foot reflexology is not safe for pregnant women as it is believe that our foot acupuncture point is linked to our organs including uterus. Prenatal massage by certified masseur is generally safe after 1st trimester till 37th week.

For foot massage, it is best to get permission from your gynae before proceeding as the massage points on hands and feets will stimulate labor and contractions. http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy-and-reflexology.aspx

I would have loved a foot massage when I was pregnant but I kept getting rejected. Even when I went for prenatal massage they also avoided touching my feet.
