Mums, can you share which breastpump is good? Looking for double automatic type as i'm hoping to pump after returning to work. Thank you!

Just wanted to leave a note that if you've never pumped before, it'll be good if you can try out several pumps beforehand to see which suits you best - some mums respond to only certain pumps, while others find that they do better with manual pumps or hand expressing. For those that have trouble finding the right pump, sometimes it could be the wrong flange size, or it could be that you need to massage while pumping to help your body - which in this case, means you can't use double pumps :) Just something for you to take note of because I'm a mum who used Avent electric breastpumps after trying several pumps (even though some mums react badly to Avent) and I have to massage while pumping so double pumping didn't work for me.

here is no best steroid… everyone is different and respond differently to these drugs. You may start with a mild cycle of Testesterone propionate at 200 mg/week and end up getting side effects in the form of increased blood pressure, gynocomestia or something even worse. https://jbhnews.com/el-mejor-ciclo-y-pila-de-esteroides-para-aumentar-de-peso/41556/ It nothing goes bad for you. Then you may graduallly advance towards a more serious dose adding combination of compounds let say 1500 mg / test + 600/ mg tren + HGH + Insulin etc etc.. you may end up looking like him..

I'm not sure if you've bought your breast pump yet but have you considered the Spectra S9+? It's much more compact and lightweight than the M1, definitely more convenient if you need to lug it to work everyday. Stats are almost similar: http://www.pupsikstudio.com/shop-by-brands/spectra-breast-pump/ Pupsik is retailing at $299 but I got mine from Qoo10 from seller Babyjoa at only $139.90 (Korean warranty).

Mummy Samantha, is Spectra M1 bulky? Where can we buy it? i heard many ppl recommending it too. Medela is so pricey and i wonder if it's worth an investment. Mummy Shuo Yang, how much is Ameda? i've a friend who used medela and switched to Ameda, and she said it helped her clear her boobs better too. im confused over which one to get.

Hi this is the m1 i find it still acceptable. The suction is good and almost as good as Medela I would say. Price is very much more affordable. Value for money!

I used the Spectra M1 with freemie cups. Good pump and not as ex as medela. :) You can use the freemie even at your office desk.

Medela is good but it is pretty costly. I used Ameda dual electric and it is very good
