Mummy who didn't put lo in infant care .. Do you think your child will be slower than others who had put in infant care.? do you think I should enrol my lo at 18 months or 3 years old ?

No. My second child who wasn't in childcare. His development is much faster then other children his age, If you have someone to care for, you can wait till 3 yrs old when they are more vocal.
