I wore adult diapers for a week after giving birth (csect btw) so comfy, can get from supermarkets..

I use maternity pad, brand Pureen. You can find in Kiddy Palace as well as disposable undies.

kotex overnight panties for sure! really convenient and comfortable for me

Use adult diapers - best. I used that after my delivery!

Yes i used that too! its the best! nurse said its ingenious. my sister recommended it to me as she gave birth in germany and the nurses there gave her adult diapers qfter her birth and she said its great idea and hassle free especially moving around and dont need to think about washing underwear
