Natural birth without cut & stitching

Hi, any mummy experienced natural birth without cut & stitching? Is it good? For me, I got cut and stitched during my first born. But for second, I just had a natural birth without cutting and stitching. I'm kind of worry not sure is it normal? Or will affect my sex life in the future or not. I kind of feel weird.
