Hi, first mom here👋Alhamdulillah my kid has turned 2y5m. I don't use any postnatal set, bengkung, etc. Nada sebab I tak suka.
Before pregnant, 48kg. Pregnant 60kg. Postpartum 43kg😅 I did get my shape back but now I underweight. Currently still BF my princess. I'm not ready to wean off yet. Plus I'm working mom too. I've been juggling between my kid, my husband, my work. But I makan macam biasa. In fact lagi banyak from my husband. So yeah all this matter affected my weight and my calories burnt by my kid. 😂
I was GDM mom. Alhamdulillah it's not permanent. I'm not sure if my sharing tips will help you but ini yang I buat till today. After delivery till now I just jaga makan and exercise regularly. Jaga makan as in more in real food. Processed food, fastfood, junkfood, sugary food/drink are minimal in our (my little family) diet. Less sugar/salt added in cooking. Could be no sugar/salt added at all. No MSG added. So yeah healthy cooking at home.
