Hello mummies, I’m in my week 10. I’ve had no nausea or vomitting so far but have just been feeling bloated most of the time ie no hungry pangs and all that. I have been eating regular breakfast, lunch and dinner and occasional post-dinner snacks but I have lost 2kgs since the start of pregnancy. Should I be worried? Thank you for your advice!
Its happen to me.. lost 3kg until 2nd trimester.. i cpt kenyang, even mkn 1 2 sudu pun terus kenyang .. xde alahan or mual2 pun.. but bila masok 2nd trimester, every month berat naik 😅
it's normal. I lost 5kg in 1st trimester.
