Sudden hunger pangs even after eating in trimester 1?

I am in my week 7 pregnancy now, have been feeling nausea and lethargic since week 6 but luckily no vomitting yet. Tried to force myself to eat something although has not much appetite and I kept having this extreme hunger sensation even though I’ve ate some food. Is that normal? Or do I have to eat more to curb that hunger?
