Baby acne or heat rash?

Hello mummies, i can't differentiate rashes and acne. NB is 2 weeks old. what can i do for it to recover?

I think it’s normal.. i used four cow farm’s calendula remedy.

Normal mummy for nb. For me, i applied aveeno moisturise cream.
