Baby skin matters

Hello mummies, I need help! My baby is 32 days old. I used cetaphil for the past 1-2 wk after birth for bathing her. Then the skin got red. I thought baby Acne was normal. But it got worst. Baby has drooling patches in the mouth area/cheek/below lips and upper lips. I used mustela dry cream today and testing it. . How about the body? Can anyone advise.

Hi my son has the same condition! Went to the PD and found out he has eczema. I had to stop using cetaphil as it does not contain ceramide. As prescribed by my Pd, now I’m using ceradan body wash and the advanced moisturiser for my baby and when it’s quite bad I will use the steroid cream (but very thin layer).
