Itchiness at Body

Back & side of my body start to itch. And it has red patches. I know is due to dry. But I'm still in the 1st trimester, is it normal? Can apply Cetaphil moisuturize cream? Tot of getting but wonder will help. TIA!

    It look more like heat rash. Will try to stop scratching. But the feeling of scratching seem so good.
