Confinement bath

Hi mummies! Do y'all bathe during confinement? Even right after you deliver? Feel quite confused cuz I'm worried about rheumatism but it's a must for me to bathe everyday. 😰

I'm planning to have a quick bathe daily during confinement (bought 30days herbal bath sachet from Lao Ban Niang, I'll be using that).
