it's hard to find! i had to DIY mine. I order the paw patrol draw strings bags on taobao!

i can't seem to find the pictures now. i got the set of toy from paw patrol. I self bake a simple chocolate cake and put the toys as cake toppers. As for gift bags, i put draw string bags and some stationary as i didn't like the ideas of chocolate or sweets for them
