2 kids w helper

Question

Any mummies have 2 or more kids with helper? I have a 2y old and nb at home. Can advice how i can get my helper to cope with them easier? Cos both husb and i have to work full time. My 2y old not attending childcare recently due to rising cases of covid and her sch have few cases too thus i cant take the risk to send her as i also have a newborn at home. #advicepls

I think, you need to speak to your helper personally to see if she is capable to cope with your situation. Your helper cant be focusing on cleaning, washing, taking care of kids all at once so perhaps you can give her a schedule and to be fair, inform her what her priority role in your household.

a dishwasher helps too. there are portable dishwashers
