That's pretty much good. Perhaps your child is a fast learner, he might learn from friends in school unexpectedly or through the screen time he had. That's good and he is one level up from those of his age. His key interest to learn something new is good and acceptable. Nothing to worry about and he is indeed smart learner.
my nephew is similar to ur son, fast learner! while his brother until 4yo still cannot. every child is different. dont think u should be worried, should be happy that he is learning fast!
Teach him more. different languages. or countries names and flags.
