hi mummies, will we be subgraded for performance bonus if we go for maternity leave? cos just received my pb and was wondering.

yup I got lower bonus then previous years. I questioned n they said it's due to my absence during ML.

for my company, it was. especially my ML was during the peak period of sales. so my PB was affected

Mine wasn't affected. As i still had to work from home even during my ML

Yes, as you are absent. Really depends on how graceful the company is.
