Please wait for your baby's PD to give the go. Otherwise wait for the signs such as baby can sit unsupported, showed signs of interest in foods, etc. My son started at 5 mths when we went for his checkup and his PD said can start to feed solids already. I fed him puree as his first solid.

If your baby can sit well, shows interest in food, it's OK to start with very runny puree or cereal, in small amounts. If they're not ready they will push the food out with their tongue so that's a way to test.

I started 4 month drinking cerelac cause gal not drinking milk n not putting on weight so my PD recommend it.. should just wait for 5 to 6 months.

Usually it is recommended to introduce solids when baby is 6 months old or when your PD recommends

Every child develops a little differently. In general, safer to wait till 5-6 months.
