Hi mummies. My son (2years old) having sick frequently due to flu. can recommend what vitamins to give or brand to build up immunity system? Preferred gummy type.

Sambucol is my go-to brand and has worked really well for my daughter. They have gummy form too I believe. But on top of that getting the yearly flu shot is important too.
