makanan bernutrisi untuk ibu 1st trimester

hello mummies semua, boleh suggest makanan apa yg i patut lebihkan tak untuk 1st trimester ni? i belum pergi scan dkt klinik lagi cus baru 4-5w. but i nak jaga kandungan nak dia sihat. what should i makan selain folid acid ya?

You cut off sugar, junkfood/fastfood, caffeinated drink. Eat a healthy diet meal, drink a lot water. That would be good.
