Hi! I just recently asked the doctor this too as I have very bad sinus & usually take zyrtec before sleep. Doctor said it’s fine (: But you might wana have a doctor’s visit as well!
Suggest you to go to a GP and do inform them you’re pregnant. Do not self medicate.
