Is my baby having diarrhea?

Hi mummy it's normal to have mastard color watery poo for baby who is drinking bm. My baby poo is always like water fountain for the first 6 month. Everyday change at least 5 set of clothes haha.

The colour and consistency looks a bit off to me. My breastfed baby's poo will have lumpy bits but yours is completely water. Maybe diarrhoea.

Looks normal.. sometimes I will smell the poop a bit,n I realised if diarrhea,the poop will smell different from the regular poop..

My girl has this poo until 4 months; she was exclusively breastfed. She can poop 3x a day, too.

Looks normal My boy poo poo 2-3times a day if he drink BM Alternate day if he drink FM

Normal, my bb poo is this colour as well (5 weeks old N exclusively breast fed)
