Nausea and dizziness

Hi mummies. Is it okay for me to vomit more than 4 times? Im 12 weeks now. I feel like i need to go to emergency unit as soon as possible 🤣😭

hi mummy! i was also vomiting very badly during my 1st trimester. it was so bad that i kept on vomiting abt 6-7 a day, but lucky enough to be able to keep fluids down. pls drink more water or rehydration drinks to help with fluid loss. if you really can't keep fluids down, pls see your gynae. hope it gets better soon!
