Post partum weight

Help mummies! Im 6 months post partum but i still have about 8kg of pregnancy weight to shed! Any advice how you ladies lose that extra weight? It seems so hard :(

try going for daily walks? minimum 10k steps a day? and try to cut down carbs if you havent alrdy done so. unless youre bfing. also, do remember to let your body recover and adjust first. take yr time and let your body heal. dont stress yourself. 8kg is alot. you want to lose weight and maintain. so its not really about losing all that 8kg but rather converting into a healthier and active lifestyle so that in the long run, its easier to maintain and you wont end up gaining it all back. you will get there 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Hi Mum, The weight loss will be gradual so don’t worry too much on it. I would suggest regular yoga and balanced diet :)
