dry scalp and ear

Hey mummies, Is it normal for a baby to have dry scalp and it is flaky, and also dry ear like skin peeling and its watery perhaps its like a blister? Does that means its Eczema?

It’s cradle cap .. use baby oil for softens the skin ... while doing head bath just do a gentle massage with baby brush .. it helps
