Redness after recovered fm fever

Hi mummies, any mummy knows what is this. It happened after my girl recovered from fever. Any remedy to cure it?

Since doctor also can't do anything as shard by other members, what you can do is to clean the rash few times daily ensure that your kid is clean and comfortable. Also esure your kid is hydrated throughout the day.
