Rashes or ??

Hi mummies! What does this redness looks like to you? He had it on last Friday after he recovered from his fever. Sat-Mon the rash has flatten and no redness. Ystdy I send him over to my aunt place cos she babysit my child and he came home with mildly red spots and today it gotten worst over at her place.
