Hi mummies & mummies-to-be. I’m currently 39w1d. No signs of labour yet other than mild cramping & tightening. Exercising everyday, moving around alot at home and still no signs. My next appt is this coming friday. Gynae told me that she hope ill be in labour before the appt as she said my belly is too big already. Which i dont even know what does “too big” meant for her. Should i be worried? Or is there anything else i can do to start labour? I dont want to get induce

if i want can try the dates drink or sex, semen helps relax the cervix

I did that too. I have daily dates in either drink form or just like that. Even had sex too
