What do the gynae check on 5week 5days?

Hi mummies 🙂 My menses 3days late so i took preggy kit to test.. so happy finally preggy naturally after trying to conceive 1yr4mths.. previously i went to kkh fertility dept(cos 1yr still no baby), they gave me folic acid & vitamin D tablets, been eating those since May 2024..😬 After getting knw preggy, i went polyclinic, she gave me 'iron' tablets. Wgen i google, its for those having nausea/vomit. Im not sure im having nausea or just normal sleepy dizziness..😬🤕i nvr vomit. Dr ask me to eat folic acid+ vitamin D+ iron tablet everyday.. Do u guys eating these too, during 1st trimester? Currently on my 5th week. I got refferal letter from polyclinic, to get subsidised at kkh. My 1st appt will b nxt monday, (5weeks 5days). Will they do vaginal ultrasound scan or abdomen scan?

Im taking naturemade prenatal multivitamin that consists all the needs because i dont want to eat so many pills. Dont like it🥴 After 8 weeks onwards definitely be able to see on scans, even my nurse friends advise better to go that week for scans

hi..thats easier multivitamin🙂i get to see bby heartbeat on my 1st scan when it was 5w 5d.🥲 but the shape is small oval, no proper shape yet..one small oval heart beating🥲☺️ my nxt appt end of mth when its 9weeks.. nt sure if by that time can hear the sound of baby heartbeat or nt? 😬dono what will dr do on 9th week.
