Pregnant after 8 years of trying

Hi, im currently pregnant week 5 day 6. I went to polyclinic to confirm my pregnancy, but the dr didnt do any ultrasound though, just gave me a referral letter to hospital. My first appointment is on the 15th Mar and currently im experiencing some mild cramping on my left to the centre of my abdomen area, feeling very very fatigue, nauseous, perpires quite alot. Is these normal? Should i be worried if the cramping got worst?

Polyclinic does not do ultrasound or blood test to confirm your pregnancy that's why they referred you to your preferred public hospital. But normally during the early stages, it is normal to feel mild cramp like menses but shouldn't be accompanied or have any bleeding. If you worry, you may go to your referred hospital's A&E to have a check.
