6mths old Lo difficulty sleep in day time

Hello mummies my LO hard to sleep in day time. She will close her eyes when we carry. Once put her down she will wide awake or just rest for 5-10mins. Any advice?

Is she able to self-soothe at night? If yes, it could be that her day sleep association is tied to being carried. Need to try another sleep association. For example, Dim room = sleep For now, maybe you can try using a baby carrier to babywear her to sleep so that you can still do other stuff. Or wait for 10-15 min until she is in deep sleep before putting her in her cot.

Put baby on bed and pat. On smoothing music.
