What Time Iniinom
Hi mummies ito po nireseta sakin Calciumade (calcium) and Hemarate FA (iron) 5 months preggy. Ano po kaya best time to take these meds? Sabi sakin ni OB anytime of the day. Any suggestions?

wag nyo po pagsasabayin. kasi mahaharang ng calcium na mabsorb ung iron vit. take iron in the morning then calcium sa gabi since un nmn tlga ideal just like drinking milk.
