Suggestion on healthier food

Hi mummies! In first tri and always very hungry and if i dont eat every 2 hr i will feel super nauseous and retch badly once i eat.. I’m having issues finding healthy food that keeps me full in between meals ): tried nuts and milo but still hungry.. end up eating instant noodle. any suggestions?

My husband bought me NutriGrains to eat. It was suggested by a Dietician, helped me with getting nutrients when I can't eat well. Taste good too, maybe u can try!
