joint pain, anyone?

Hi mummies to be, I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing joint pain in their fingers? I've been having stiff and swollen joints in my hands the past few days, and it's gotten to a point where it's too painful to hold things or even type. Wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing? Is it safe to visit a chiropractor or TCM for spinal/bone adjustment? Or just leave it alone till I give birth? I don't think my gynae can help me with this except to prescribe painkillers... ?

U can also use TENs machine ( check that it is safe for pregnancy) which send electric Impulses to the area of the soreness or pain. If u cannot afford one, u can rent from mother and child shop.My wife did that and it helped her get through the aches and pains

My wife did visit TCM and they can't do much about the swelling of feet. As for her back aches and joint pains，I try to help her massage .
