Wrong day to eat obimin and natal care plus

Hi mummies im a first time mummy. I just wanna know what happens when i accidentally ate obimin n natal care plus at 11 weeks and 6 days? Im suppose to consume it tomorrow at 12 weeks by the gynae but i miscounted the days on my calendar and thought today is my 12th weeks. So i did not take my everyday folic acid just for today as my gynae said can stop folic acid and take obimin instead as it already contains folic acid in it. Should i be worry over a 1 day mishap?
