How much folic acid in trimester 1

May I check how much folic acid is sufficient during 1st trimester? My 1st gynae appointment is still 2 weeks away when I'm at 6 weeks. Currently taking obimin which consist of 0.9mg folic in a tablet. Not sure if I should go and get a 5mg folid acid. Can't remember what was prescribed during my 1st pregnancy 😅

Was advised by the doc to start 5mg folic before conceiving and am at 6 weeks, still advised to continue taking. Just buy them off the shelf from guardian, watsons or any other pharmacy.
