Low fetus weight

Hi mummies, i’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and my gynae said my baby’s weight is low (under 1Kg). So what are the types of food i should eat more?

Same like you. My baby weight was low too.My baby was 2.1kg when he was born. For me, I drank maternal milk twice day. Keep on eating for every 2-3 hrs. Be it fruits , bread or rice.

Durian!! It do helps alot ... but don’t over eat it ...
