most of it has been mentioned here but just wanted to add medicated oil! it helped me alot when I was trying not to rely so much on painkillers!

Documents, your clothes, baby clothes, maternity pads. No need to bring too much as some hospital provided everything for you 😅
Bring your admission documents, ic, maternity pad, 1 set of discharge clothing for mummy and baby. The toiletries are provided.

Mobile chargers, clothes for baby and you to go home in. Everything else my hospital provides :) Good luck mummy!
Documents and ic. Clothes to go home. Maternity pad. Other things are mostly provided by hospital.
toothpaste and toothbrush.. but usually it depends on which hospital you are in.
