I also having sore throat for a few days followed by cough and flu for abt a week. As Long as no fever shuld be ok. Gynae said fever above 37.5 must take Panadol as heat is not good for the baby. I'm 38 weeks pregnant btw. Just drink lots of fluid and take lotsa rest, don't work as sometimes office has a lot of germs also. Tc!
