Clogged Nose
Hi mummies. I'm 18 weeks and 5 days and still currently having clogged nose from time to time. I bought a nasal spray from the pharmacy and it has been helping me breathe properly. Is it safe for pregnancy?
Please check with medical certified person :) because I once asked my family doctor for nasal spray and my doctor told me that the brand they carry is not pregnancy safe hence I didn’t use it.
If you can, on your next visit to gynae, ask the common medicine for cold flu sore throat fever, ask what is unsafe and need to avoid

Some nasal sprays contain steroids. So please check with doc.
