Hi mummies. I was pumping and massaging my breasts at the same time. There's this small "explosion" and it sends the milk spraying out forcefully. Is it the milk duct clearing up? Pls advise if this is normal. TIA!

It’s called a let down reflex. Perfectly good and normal:) happens when you direct latch too. And milk sprays from both sides
