Took ciprofloxacin during first tri

Hi mommies, I was diagnosed with UTI and took ciprofloxacin as prescribed by the doctor. At the time I did not know yet of my pregnancy. I am now worried of the side effects it my cause to my baby. Doctor is saying 20% probability. ?

Magpray ka lang po. Ako din po nagtetake ng maintenance di ko alam na preggy ako pero thankful ako dahil ok naman baby ko.. eat healthy diet din po ha..
