Took ciprofloxacin during first tri

Hi mommies, I was diagnosed with UTI and took ciprofloxacin as prescribed by the doctor. At the time I did not know yet of my pregnancy. I am now worried of the side effects it my cause to my baby. Doctor is saying 20% probability. ?

I finished 1 week course of cipro at 2 months pregnant I wasn't aware too. Hoping for my CAS scan na lahat po okay lang. In gods will 🙏🏻
