Hi Mummies. I have been having this extreme fatigue feeling and light-headedness during and after breastfeeding. Anyone experienced this? Isit normal?

It's normal. Breastfeeding burn calories and we are taking care baby sleep deprive. It will get better as time goes by. Try drink some chicken essence.

Drink more water, dear. And eat more. Don’t diet. Breastfeeding can be very draining.
