I have tried several binder but ended up i still preferred the one i bought at hosp. Though some we bought online, we can tighten ourselves, but i feel the effect is kinda diff.
i guess hospital binder will be the best, I still prefer the one bought from Hospital. 1st 2 days need help subsequently can put on myself
I bought binder too since I had a emergency C-section but it's from tge hospital 😅
