try to play around with the things you eat. for the 7 times, i find myself failing the 2 hrs after meals(lunch/dinner). what i do is dinner i tried taking no carbs, take vegetables that are like ngai bai or Chinese bak choy. meat. works wonders, sugar level will be within the range. and drink more plain water.

however i heard my friend saying you should be honest with your dr, the next appt they will review together if you'll need any insulin jab or medicine to control it. no worries!!!
