schedule for 3 months old baby
Hi mummies, i am going back to work soon. Would like to plan a schedule for my baby such that he can sleep through the night with scheduled feeding. He is taking formula milk. Can share with me your schedule?
3 months old should be feeding every 3 hourly
There is no such schedule that can make baby sleep thru the night. If there is, all parents would follow that schedule already. Babies sleep thru when they are ready. Or you can sleep train them. There is a fb group regarding sleep training I think. But for me, I didn’t sleep train them. I just ensure that I go thru the same night routine every night, so my kids know it is bedtime. I don’t have much issues with my kids sleeping at night.Read more
- Hi mummies! Care to share your 6-9 months old baby’s daily sleep, nap and feeding (milk & solid food) schedule? Does your baby still wakeup for night feeding?
My girl is on bm. She normally wake up fully around 8 to 9am. 1st meal of the day I latch her. 3 hour later which is lunch I will feed her solid food. 3.5 to 4 hour later bm all the way until her last feed before bed. She usually sleep around 8pm to 9pm. I will mix cereal with bm for her. Middle of the night will have 2 latch session. Eg. 9am - latch 12pm - solid food 4pm - bm 7pm - bm 10pm- bm mix cereal (usually will be fuller) 2am - latch 6am - latchKate

- hi mummies. my baby is only 1month old plus. i realised my hubs have bad habits with sleep schedule that causes our girl to cry alot at random timing. so recently while he was away for few nights for work, did a sleep schedule test for my girl. she feeds every 2-3hrs so i tried to fit in with the schedule. it WORKED as my girl is able to sleep thruout the night with little to zero cries (unless she poopoo?) sooooo i told my hubs abt it and he said that our girl is too young for any sleep schedule. i was like hmm true but need to start somewhere so that she and us can have a rest mah. he said dont need.i was like ok lor up to you. isit wrong for me to put the sleep schedule (not strict/flexible) in place? ? i felt that my girl milestones are quite fast as observed so putting schedule in will be good. i also realised that i managed to get 1.5-2.5hr nap uninterrupted hahaha
I kindda sleep train(not very strict one of course) my baby since born. At night after her feed, on some white sounds and put her to sleep. And now at 2 months plus, she slept through the night on good days(most of the time). On demand feedingfifi
